All Payment information, Remittance information, sliding fees are no longer located in the KinderConnect system. This information is now located on the DESE website in the provider’s CCDS Portal. Please call DESE’s Child Care Subsidy Payment Department at 573-415-8605.
Providers are allowed 45 Days to make attendance Corrections and Sponsors are allowed 45 days to Backdate attendance (used to be 90 days).
When registering KinderSign it may ask Sponsors to set up their self-reset option. The Sponsor will not need to do this for now. This feature should not be enabled for MO. They will need to bypass this setup by selecting “SKIP”. This will allow them to move forward with the registration process. 6/30/2025
Providers can now enter attendance without needing approval from the sponsor. In addition, attendance entered by sponsor accounts, such as babysitters or relatives, does not require approval. 10/1/2024
