We have been working hard on making changes to improve the CCBIS system. Below are some notes on the updates that have been made.

Providers are now allowed 45 days to make attendance corrections, and Sponsors are allowed 45 days to backdate attendance. |
| During KinderSign registration, Sponsors were asked to set up their self-reset option. | Sponsors should skip this step. This feature is not enabled and will not be required. Selecting “SKIP” allows them to continue with registration. (Effective 6/30/2025) |
| Providers needed approval from the Sponsor to enter attendance. |
Providers can now enter attendance without sponsor approval. Attendance entered by sponsor accounts (e.g., babysitters, relatives) also does not require approval. (Effective 10/1/2024) |
