This page contains some of the most Frequently Asked Questions our we receive from Parents and Sponsors using our system. We will continue to update this page as we receive more questions.


1) Who is a Sponsor?

A sponsor is a person who is authorized to pick up or drop off a child for care at a provider. For subsidy cases, one primary parent will be in the system. All other sponsors must be added by the provider or parent. Sponsors are added in KinderConnect.


1) My check in and out times are not being registered from the KinderSmart App?

Your phone may need to be re-registered. You will need to re-scan the QR code from the KinderSmart Registration Form (this code is available on the Sponsor Detail screen in KinderConnect) then the QR code from the Mobile Sign in sheet at your provider’s location. If the issue persists please give our support line a call at 833-866-1709 then choose option 9 and one of our representatives will happily help you resolve this issue.
